Refurbsy started on a warehouse floor, buried under a truckload of returns and a spreadsheet that couldn't keep up.
We ran an appliance resale store before we wrote a line of code. We knew the 6 a.m. truckloads, the forty identical buyer questions a day, and the end-of-month mystery of where the profit went.
So we built the assistant we wished existed: one AI agent that scans a unit from a photo, writes the listing, answers the buyer, routes the delivery and reports the margin. Today that agent powers thousands of stores — and keeps hundreds of thousands of appliances in use and out of landfills every year.
