We collect account details you provide (name, email, store name), inventory data you upload (photos, listings, sales records) and usage data that helps us improve the product (feature usage, device and log information).
2. How We Use Information
Your data powers the service: photos train nothing outside your account by default — they are processed to generate your listings. We use aggregate, de-identified usage data to improve detection accuracy and product quality.
3. Sharing
We never sell personal data. We share data only with processors required to run the service (hosting, payments, marketplace APIs you connect) under data-processing agreements, or when required by law.
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. You can export or delete your store data at any time from Settings; deletion completes within 30 days across backups.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is role-based and audited. Report vulnerabilities to info@refurbsy.net.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA), you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data. Email info@refurbsy.net and we respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and preference cookies for things like your dashboard layout. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. Changes
We will notify you by email and in-app at least 14 days before material changes to this policy take effect.
