1. The Service
Refurbsy provides AI-powered software for appliance resale: cataloging, listing, buyer communication, operations and reporting. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of listings published through the service. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business.
3. Acceptable Use
Do not use the service to publish fraudulent listings, infringe intellectual property, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, or resell access without a partnership agreement.
4. AI Output
AI-generated listings, prices and suggestions are assistive. You review and approve what is published; you remain responsible for the final content and legality of your listings.
5. Fees & Billing
Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance. Taxes may apply. We may change prices with 30 days notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
6. Termination
You may cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts violating these terms, with notice where practicable.
7. Warranty & Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes are resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
