How do I connect a marketplace?
Go to Settings → Channels, choose your marketplace and authorize Refurbsy. Listings and quantities sync automatically from that moment.
Why did a scan not detect my appliance model?
Make sure the rating plate or model sticker is visible in at least one photo. You can always set the model manually and the AI fills in the specs.
Can I pause the AI sales assistant?
Yes — per marketplace or globally, from Settings → Assistant. Conversations already in progress are handed to you with full context.
How do refunds work?
Annual plans are refundable within 30 days, monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the billing period.
