Refund Policy

1. Monthly Plans

Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months.

2. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase or renewal — no questions asked. After 30 days, we refund the unused whole months when you cancel.

3. Free Trials

Trials never convert silently: we email you two days before a trial ends, and you are only charged if you have added a payment method and chosen a plan.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

Charged twice, or after cancelling? Contact us within 60 days and we refund the erroneous charge in full within 5 business days.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@refurbsy.com from your account email with your store name. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
